Massachusetts State Laws require completion of a 24-hour course, which is divided into 8 three-hour sessions concentrating on the following subjects:

                  PROPERTY                                     BROKERAGE
                        CONDOS & LEASES                      APPRAISAL
                        CONTRACTS & DEEDS                 FAIR HOUSING
                        FINANCING                                   MASSACHUSETTS LAW

We have a thorough, comprehensive textbook with over 600 practice questions and the latest information.  You can repeat the course as often as you like for one year, but most students pass the first time.

At the completion of the course, you will be provided with an Educational Certificate which will enable you to take the State’s test at the following locations:
Tuesday through Saturday in:                       Boston or Woburn or Dartmouth
Thursday through Saturday in:                      Springfield or Worcester

The testing company will provide you with the addresses and directions when you call to register for the test.

You must receive a 70% or better passing score on 110+ multiple choice question test.  You are notified immediately and you will receive your license immediately upon passing.

The cost of the course is $250.00 which includes a book and handouts.  The tuition can be paid by cash or check.

Harris Real Estate School has been in operation for over 20 years and has 85 locations throughout the state.  We have the ability to allow you to completer the course in a week, weekend or month through daytime or weekend instruction.  Flexibility, individual attention, small, friendly and informal classrooms, approved instructors and the most current information distinguishes us from other schools.  Our program is designed for adults who may have been out of school for some time.
